Remember PERF through support of the Lundquist Institute
PERF operated from 1984 to 2022. However, PERF don’t consider their dissolution as “the end”. PERF contributed to establishing the Pulmonary and Exercise Research Fund at the Lundquist Institute (a 501(c)(3)), where the mission that PERF worked on for 38 years is continuing. There are too many amazing projects underway to list here, but the researchers at Lundquist Institute continue the PERF mission by conducting research and education focused on understanding how pulmonary rehabilitation and exercise training contributes to improving outcomes and extending life. The fund will support world leading respiratory and exercise research at the Lundquist Institute and support the training of the next wave of researchers. We call on you to join us to ensure that the work that PERF started continues on at the Lundquist.
